Manual campaign data entry, replaced by one automated planning tool.
Account managers were moving media planning data from Salesforce into Argus by hand — slow, error-prone, and a headache downstream for finance. We built the tool that automated it.
From media plan to supplier scorecard.
Manual transfer,
downstream errors.
Media planning data moved from Salesforce into Argus by hand, campaign by campaign. It was an inefficient, error-prone process that delayed campaign delivery and created downstream problems for finance and operations.
Fixing it meant more than automating a data transfer — it meant a tool campaign managers in the UK and US would actually want to use, not route around.
Four pillars behind the build.
We worked directly with account and campaign managers across UK and US offices to shape a tool around how they actually plan media, not how the data happened to be structured.
Process automation
Media planning data now flows automatically from Salesforce into Argus, removing the manual transfer step that caused most of the errors.
User-centric design
Multiple design iterations incorporated direct feedback from the campaign managers who’d actually use the tool daily.
Cross-team alignment
Features were shaped against operational, marketing and finance requirements together, not designed in isolation and handed over.
Performance & QA
Extensive testing for accuracy, speed and scalability before rollout, since finance was relying on this data being right.
Faster campaigns, fewer mistakes.
One source of truth,
not three spreadsheets.
Campaign creation now runs 30% faster with 20% fewer input errors, and finance has a single source of truth for invoicing and reporting instead of reconciling manual entries.
It’s rolled out across UK and US campaign teams and remains the system of record for media planning inside Argus.

What Media Planning is built with.
A deliberately unexciting stack — chosen because it holds up in production, not because it was new.
This tool has streamlined a huge part of our workflow. We’re delivering faster, making fewer mistakes.

- You're building a data product and need a team that can deliver.
- You want to get AI-ready — pragmatically, not theoretically.
- Your reporting is a mess and you need a real platform underneath it.
