Telemarketing operations, connected directly into the Argus platform.

Argus Connect gives Kingpin’s telemarketing teams one hub for contact data, questionnaires and campaign materials — with calling, recording and logging built in, and everything syncing back to Argus in real time.

From agent dashboard to live call data.

The challenge

Telemarketing, disconnected
from the platform.

Telemarketing operations ran separately from Argus, with no real-time sync between calling activity and the rest of the platform’s data — a gap that meant campaign scoring and analytics were always working from a lag.

Kingpin’s telemarketing teams also relied on external tools for calling, recording and logging, adding friction most operators had learned to just live with.

Our approach

Four pillars behind the build.

We built Connect as an iterative MVP alongside Kingpin’s telemarketing teams, shaped by their actual call-floor workflows.

A central operations hub

Contact data, questionnaires and campaign materials live in one place instead of scattered across separate tools.

Iterative UX with real operators

Design refined directly against feedback from the telemarketing teams actually working the calls every day.

Calling, recording & logging built in

Integrated calling, recording and logging removed the need for a separate external tool stack entirely.

Built for scale

System design accounted for multiple time zones and teams from the start, ahead of the wider group rollout.

The outcome

Real-time data, not a lag.

Connect today

Rolling out
group-wide.

Manual data entry and extraction are gone, and campaign scoring and analytics now run on real-time data instead of catching up after the fact.

Connect is rolling out across the wider Marketing Practice group, extending the same hub to more telemarketing teams as it goes.

Technologies used

What Connect is built with.

A deliberately unexciting stack — chosen because it holds up in production, not because it was new.

I have worked with the High Digital Team for many years, and as our scale and scope have changed, they have always been incredibly helpful and solution-oriented.
