There was no unified view of prospect companies, no automated enrichment layer and no reliable workflow for scoring or prioritising high-value accounts. Rethink Demand required a purpose-built data product that could streamline this entire lifecycle, reduce operational friction and improve the accuracy of their audience intelligence.

We built ingestion pipelines capable of collecting and standardising prospect data from diverse sources. These pipelines ensure consistent structure, validation and reliable processing across all datasets.
A bespoke matching engine was implemented to identify duplicate companies, consolidate related records and form a single, unified company profile. This dramatically reduced fragmentation and increased accuracy.
Automated enrichment logic applies metadata, firmographics and intelligence layers to each company profile. Scoring models help identify high-value accounts, providing a more predictable and measurable prioritisation mechanism.
Hermes includes sequencing, job scheduling, traceability, data-freshness checks and anomaly detection. Every pipeline stage is auditable, ensuring trust, repeatability and operational resilience. The final platform is modular, extendable and secure — built as a long-term asset that can support future features, new data sources and evolving intelligence models.
