Leads United set out to build a lead marketplace where buyers and sellers could safely and transparently exchange lead data. The platform needed to reduce friction and boost trust between parties through a fair, intelligent system.
The product was structured into three core sections:
• Buyer’s Section – for posting lead requirements and budgets
• Seller’s Section – featuring seller profiles and lead examples
• Transaction Engine – ensuring secure data and fund transfers
The entire platform would be underpinned by advanced AI-driven matching, reporting, and data validation to create a more efficient lead marketplace.
We began with a deep analysis of industry pain points, interviewing prospective users and studying current processes.
Our product team then:
• Conducted user research and competitor analysis
• Created detailed user personas and journey maps
• Designed the first interactive software prototype
• Built a design system to maintain consistency and scalability
• Entered Agile sprints to begin MVP development
The project is currently in Agile development cycles, with the MVP taking shape through iterative design and build. Early feedback on the product vision, prototype, and user flows has been very positive.
