Challenge
Argus Connect is a powerful extension of the award-winning Argus lead generation platform, developed to support Kingpin’s growing telemarketing operations. The primary challenge was to create an application that connected the telemarketing department directly to Argus—ensuring that all the data exchanged was synced in real time with the wider business ecosystem.
Approach
Working closely with Kingpin’s telemarketing teams, we adopted an iterative MVP development process to deliver a tool tailored to their workflow.
Key milestones in the project included:
Initial MVP Build
Created a central hub to deliver contact data, questionnaires, and campaign materials
Iterative UX/UI Design
Evolved the platform’s usability through ongoing feedback from real users
Calling & Recording Features
Integrated direct calling, recording, and logging to remove dependency on external tools
Scalability
Designed the system to support large teams across multiple time zones, campaigns, and reporting structures
Outcome
Argus Connect has transformed Kingpin’s telemarketing operations. It enables teams to manage multiple global campaigns simultaneously while keeping data consistent and centralised.
Key results:
• Manual data entry and extraction eliminated
• Reduced human error risk
• Real-time data available for campaign scoring and analytics
• Now being rolled out across the wider Marketing Practice group for additional teams
