Task
To reduce the labour-intensive process of integrating clients’ CRMs to the Argus platform by building an integration tool that does this automatically.
Action
It wasn’t as simple as just connecting the client’s CRM to Argus because all setups, naming conventions and formats are different. Because we had been doing this type of work for so long in an ad-hoc way we knew exactly what was needed. We identified the most popular CRMs and common issues and built a solution that would address every unique system.
Result
We’ve reduced the client’s CRM set-up time by over 50%.
