We were asked to design and build a new site for ARCH investors and partners to navigate updates on portfolio projects, advisory themes and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. The site also needed a CRM for business administrators to upload content.
Action
We worked together with the client to help build the information architecture and site structure, in parallel with four design options. Once happy, we moved to prototyping and then development and production release. We also provided full training on content management.
Result
Time on site has increased by 100% and the bounce rate is down 50%. Our client is delighted and has said:
