Argus is an award-winning management and lead generation platform. The team behind it approached High Digital with the challenge of transforming their existing platform—stalled in development since 2015—into a market-ready product. In particular, they needed a new tool, Web ID, to complement the platform and provide real-time value to users.
The Argus system had become a patchwork of outdated design elements and inconsistent data models, requiring both a complete renovation and the development of innovative new features to meet the expectations of a modern SaaS product.
Our UX/UI design and product management teams fully immersed themselves in the Argus business model to understand their core value proposition. We stripped everything back to first principles, ensuring we aligned the user experience with the platform’s original purpose: smarter lead generation.
We built out the Web ID feature and redesigned the platform around it, applying BI analytics and a scalable design system to improve usability, performance, and data clarity.

Created a consistent and modern user interface aligned with user goals

Built a real-time lookup tool to enhance lead validation and generation workflows
Embedded business intelligence dashboards for users and stakeholders
Argus was launched to market ahead of schedule, delivering immediate returns and receiving strong industry recognition—including multiple awards. The new Web ID tool significantly improved lead generation accuracy and speed. Our collaboration with Argus continues as we evolve the platform to maintain its competitive edge in the martech landscape.
