This app is an extension for SaaS clients and delivers key information from the SaaS platform to the client into their SFDC environment.
Task
To create a ‘mini-Argus’ that sits within Salesforce and delivers key information and data to clients in their own SFDC environment, so they can see insights without having to switch software.
Action
We worked with Kingpin and Salesforce to determine what was the most important information and what was feasible. Using Salesforce APIs, we built the app and released the tool into the Salesforce app store.
Result
The app has been well received by clients at this early stage.
