The Argus Salesforce App is a SaaS extension designed for clients who use Salesforce as their primary CRM. The goal was to develop a “mini-Argus” that would sit directly within the Salesforce environment, enabling users to view campaign insights and lead intelligence without leaving SFDC. This would reduce software switching, improve client engagement, and extend Argus functionality into client-side systems.
We collaborated closely with both Kingpin and the Salesforce ecosystem to determine which insights and data would be most valuable to clients. The approach focused on:
Worked with stakeholders to define the core feature set that could live within Salesforce
Created a seamless embedded experience that reflected the Argus brand and simplified navigation
Used Salesforce APIs to securely fetch and display Argus campaign data inside the client’s CRM
Finalized the MVP and released the tool to the Salesforce AppExchange
The Argus Salesforce App allows clients to view key lead generation data, campaign performance, and contact intelligence directly within their own SFDC dashboards. Early adoption has been very positive, with clients appreciating the time-saving, embedded experience.
