The Media Planning Tool was conceived as an essential add-on to Argus, the award-winning management and lead generation platform. The key challenge was to eliminate the need for account managers to manually transfer media planning data from Salesforce into Argus—an inefficient, error-prone process that was slowing down campaign delivery and causing downstream issues for finance and operations.
We partnered with account and campaign managers from both the UK and US to deeply understand their workflow pain points. From there, our MVP development team designed a prototype of the tool, applying an iterative UX/UI process to ensure the solution fit naturally into users’ daily tasks.
